About Alex

Hi, I’m Alex, based in Tokyo, originally from Germany.
Currently back in Germany for a short time.I’ve been teaching languages for over 8 years, and for the past 4 years I’ve focused on teaching German online.I’ve helped 200+ students improve their German and speak with more confidence in real-life situations.But I’m not just a teacher — I’m also a language learner myself.I’ve learned Japanese (🇯🇵 日本語) to a conversational level and I’m currently learning Mandarin Chinese (🇨🇳 汉语), so I understand exactly what it feels like to learn a new language from scratch.
